We work on all types and sizes of projects, from small residential to large commercial and governmental projects. We have the certifications, insurance and expertise to complete your project.
We are a full service HVAC shop. We do heating, Air Conditioning. Installing systems including Fujutsu, York, Carrier, LG and many others. We can accommodate your unique situations using a verity of options including mini-splits, heat pumps and more traditional central forced air units.
Our techs are courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. We pride ourselves on completing our jobs in the given time-frame and on budget.
We are also a full service sheet metal shop fabricating all roofing metals, architectural metals and custom metal roofs. We have state of the art bending and sheer machines that allow us to fabricate metal products with percision and speed. we can make standard and custom gutters, chimney caps, oven hoods, beam caps and most other architectural metals.
We also stock a selection of roofing metals including z-bar, drip edge, l-metal and more. We can quickly fabricate most quantities of standard metal profiles.
We stock copper, galvinized, and several types of painted metals. We can special order almost any type of metal you need.

MWSM is a family owned and operated company. Montie grew up in Goleta and raised his own family here. He started Montie Wayne Sheet Metal out of his garage and has grown into what it is today by knowing what the locals want. Santa Barbara is a unique environment. Unlike so many contractors who are based in LA or Oxnard, we understand how the ocean, the mountains and the total environment here is different than anywhere else.
We know how to work within the strict limits of the city regulations, how to check all the boxes for the permits and can handle some of the most demanding designs. Working with a local company can save you time, money and heartache.
